Due to an unforeseen circumstance, we are unable to have lab services for this Health Check event. The blood panel services are the cornerstone of the Health Check model, and because of that,
we regrettably have to cancel the April 23rd Adrian Area Health Check. We hope we are able to reschedule this important event soon.
Health Check has been an important service to the community for 8 years in Lenawee County and almost 40 years in Monroe County. Providing low-cost health services is a priority for the
United Way and its many community partners who make Health Check a successful event each Spring and Fall.

*Syringe disposal services available at Monroe County Sites Only!
DROP-OFF IS ANONYMOUS. ANY IDENTIFYING PATIENT INFORMATION WILL BE DESTROYED.
*For accurate results, DO NOT eat or drink for 12 hours before your test.
Medications MAY be taken with WATER.
ALL TESTING IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
