Dr. Kojo A. Quartey has served as president of Monroe County Community College since 2013 and is a valued member of the United Way of Monroe/Lenawee Counties Board of Directors. Prior to joining MCCC, he served as provost of the City Colleges of Chicago. An accomplished scholar and international consultant, Dr. Quartey has authored a book, contributed chapters to additional publications, and written numerous articles on international and economic development. His expertise has also led him to serve as a consultant on projects in Ukraine, Ghana, and China. Through his leadership in higher education, community service, and global engagement, Dr. Quartey continues to make a meaningful impact both locally and internationally.
