Professionally, Jennifer brings nearly 30 years of experience in hospital revenue cycle management, where she has led operations teams that partner with health systems to strengthen financial performance, improve efficiency, and support long-term sustainability in healthcare.
Jennifer was drawn to United Way’s century-long commitment to improving lives across Monroe County, with a particular focus on advancing education, health, and financial stability. Through partnerships with more than 20 local agencies, United Way helps connect individuals and families to essential resources and opportunities that support long-term success.
