Ashleigh Glass-Cooper is dedicated to strengthening both workplace culture and the broader community through meaningful engagement and collaboration. As a Human Resources professional with TWB, she leads community outreach initiatives that connect employees, partners, and local organizations in ways that create lasting impact.
Beyond her professional work, Ashleigh serves as a Board Member for United Way of Monroe and Lenawee Counties and the Monroe Rotary. She also contributes as Secretary of the SEMCA Workforce Development Board and is an active member of the Kiwanis Club.
In addition to her community and professional commitments, Ashleigh enjoys singing and performing with her husband, Cody, in their band, Blockhouse Valley. Through each of these roles, she remains committed to building relationships and advancing initiatives that strengthen communities and improve the lives of others.
